Ad Operations Intern

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Intern to join our team in Noida for 6 months. You'll support our ad operations team by managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising initiatives across our platforms.

What you'll do

• Monitor and manage ad campaigns using Excel and reporting tools, tracking KPIs and performance metrics
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing ad performance for stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot campaign issues and implement improvements
• Assist in day-to-day ad operations tasks including trafficking, trafficking verification, and quality assurance

What we're looking for

• B.Tech / MBA degree (mandatory) — currently pursuing or recently completed
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for clear communication with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ad tech platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar)
• Experience with data visualization tools or basic SQL
• Prior internship experience in marketing, analytics, or operations
