Advisory Coordinator - Sales Pipeline Data Analyst

Overview

Support sales pipeline data quality for the Advisory Services Group and Outsourced Services Group by auditing, cleaning, and maintaining CRM records. Help ensure reliable pipeline reporting, forecasting, and KPI data.

What you'll do

• Audit CRM and pipeline records for duplicate, stale, incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant data.
• Review and correct opportunity fields, stages, ownership, close dates, service line coding, and attribution.
• Investigate data quality exceptions and follow up with stakeholders to resolve missing or inaccurate information.
• Prepare pipeline hygiene reports, scorecards, exception lists, and data quality findings.
• Maintain CRM procedures, hygiene checklists, SOPs, field definitions, and related documentation.
• Support CRM reports, dashboards, pipeline review meetings, and data quality monitoring tools.
• Identify recurring data quality trends and recommend process improvements or automation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales operations, data management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with CRM systems, including data entry, cleanup, or quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of regular overlap with U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookup functions and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with sales pipeline, forecasting, attribution, ownership, and reporting concepts.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, data visualization, AI, automation, or data analysis tools.
