Overview

PwC is hiring an AES Guidewire Lead Developer for ClaimCenter as a Senior Associate to design, code, and test Guidewire-based insurance solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize applications using the Guidewire platform.
• Design, code, and test software solutions for insurance organizations.
• Provide solution strategy and deliver Application Evolution Services (AES, formerly AMS).
• Assist clients with support of Guidewire Suite solutions and improving business processes.
• Develop scalable and robust Guidewire solution strategies across on-premises and cloud (hybrid IT).
• Lead proposal development efforts and discuss future Guidewire enhancements/roadmap topics.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate advanced abilities solutioning the Guidewire Suite on premises and SaaS.
• Have expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter with good understanding of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager.
• Have expertise in GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework, and Guidewire Web Services.
• Know XML and JSON formats and use ANT, MAVEN, and Gradle scripts.
• Experience with SOAP UI, Postman, and code repositories such as SVN and GIT.
• Understand DevOps and build/deployment processes.
