Overview

QA Automation Associate in PwC’s Acceleration Center India, providing consulting services to analyze client needs and help validate seamless software integration through test automation, training, and support.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and/or backend.
• Define test strategy for functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Analyze test results, track quality metrics, and report release readiness.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback loops.
• Drive test data management and environment strategy for automated testing.
• Lead performance/load testing efforts using tools such as JMeter or k6 where required.
• Support root-cause analysis and preventive quality measures with development teams.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for scalable automation code.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
• Hands-on API testing using Postman, including REST endpoint validation and authentication flows.
