Overview

QA Automation - Experienced Associate role focused on test automation, quality strategy, and client support for business applications within Technology Consulting.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and/or backend.
• Define test strategy across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Use Gen AI and prompt engineering to speed up test case generation and coverage analysis.
• Analyze test results and track quality metrics to report release readiness.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback loops.
• Run performance/load testing with tools like JMeter or k6 when required.
• Lead root-cause analysis and preventive quality measures with development teams.

What you'll need

• At least 2-5 years of experience.
• Hand-on test automation framework design ownership.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
• API testing experience using Postman, including REST validation and authentication flows.
• Experience with API, database, and backend testing including SQL/NoSQL validation.
• English oral and written proficiency.
