Affiliate Marketing Intern

About the role

We're looking for a motivated Affiliate Marketing Intern to join our team in Noida for a full year. You'll work hands-on with affiliate campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and support the growth of our partner network while developing core marketing skills.

What you'll do

• Monitor and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, tracking performance against KPIs
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and spreadsheet tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Communicate with affiliate partners to provide support, share promotional materials, and gather feedback
• Create reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations
• Research and identify potential new affiliate partners and opportunities to expand our network

What we're looking for

• MBA or B.Tech graduate (recent or current passout)
• Excellent communication and English language skills with the ability to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with data and metrics
• Willingness to work in-office at Noida, Sector 63 for the full 12-month duration
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and affiliate channel growth

Nice to have

• Familiarity with affiliate networks (CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Amazon Associates, etc.)
• Experience with Excel pivot tables or basic data visualization
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals
