AI and Cloud Full Stack - Senior Associate

Overview

Design and deliver software solutions that connect cloud platforms, data environments, and application layers within PwC's Advisory practice, with a focus on Digital Integration & Architecture and Software Engineering.

What you'll do

• Design and develop full stack applications that combine AI capabilities with cloud-based architectures
• Build scalable software components, APIs, and integrations across digital platforms and enterprise systems
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and implementation plans
• Write clean code in languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#.NET, Spring Boot, React Native, and related tooling
• Apply software development lifecycle methods, CI/CD practices, testing, and debugging to support reliable releases
• Review code, resolve defects, and improve application performance, maintainability, and security
• Analyze complex technical issues and recommend solutions across application, integration, and architecture layers
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to shape delivery approach, track progress, and adapt to changing priorities
• Support AI-human collaboration use cases, including automation, intelligent workflows, and digital tool adoption
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and delivery consistency

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Coursework or internship experience in software engineering or cloud development
• Utilizing Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# in application development
• Applying CI/CD, testing, and code review practices in delivery work
• Collaborating on API management, microservices, or integration projects
• Supporting client-facing delivery through analytical thinking and communication
