Artificial Intelligence Architect

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, build, and scale intelligent solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This Full-time role is based OnSite and will play a pivotal part in shaping our AI strategy—especially across Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging agentic AI capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and data stakeholders to translate use cases into robust architectures, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and responsible AI practices from prototype to production.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Generative AI and LLMs, including model selection, prompt/workflow design, and integration patterns.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems and tool-using workflows that can plan, execute, and adapt to task requirements.
• Develop scalable pipelines that support gen ai applications, including data ingestion, retrieval, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Partner with software engineers to operationalize AI services with strong engineering practices (APIs, latency targets, reliability, and observability).
• Create and enforce model/testing frameworks (quality, hallucination risk, safety checks, and continuous improvement loops).
• Establish governance for responsible AI: privacy, security, access controls, and appropriate risk mitigation for user-facing outputs.
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentoring, translating complex AI concepts into actionable plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and applied machine learning system design.
• Deep experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including fine-tuning/FoT concepts, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI Tools and frameworks for building production-ready GenAI experiences.
• Demonstrated capability implementing agentic ai workflows (planning, tool use, orchestration, and state management).
• Strong data and architecture fundamentals for building reliable retrieval-augmented and hybrid AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams and drive alignment on AI outcomes.
