AI & Cloud Solutions Engineer

Overview

Build, deploy, and support AI-enabled business solutions using enterprise AI platforms, AWS cloud services, and DevOps automation. The role covers AI assistants, agents, copilots, intelligent workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy AI-enabled business applications and workflow automation.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation solutions using enterprise knowledge and business data.
• Develop secure integrations between AI solutions, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and data services.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform.
• Deploy and support containerized and serverless applications across environments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, telemetry, and incident remediation processes.
• Document reusable patterns, engineering standards, and governance controls.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a relevant technical or life sciences field.
• Experience in cloud, platform, DevOps, software, integration, or solution engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and Terraform.
• Experience developing applications, REST APIs, or backend services.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, infrastructure automation, security, and data governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva AI, or Veeva integrations.
• Experience building AI agents, enterprise RAG solutions, or vector database integrations.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, MCP, Power Platform, or Power Automate.
• Life sciences, clinical, regulatory, quality, GxP, or validated-environment experience.
• AWS, Terraform, cloud, AI, or related professional certifications.
