Join G-P's Gia AI Engineering team to build the data and AI tooling behind Gia's go-to-market: pipelines, integrations, analytics and agent workflows.

What you'll do

• Build and run data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Databricks
• Maintain the GTM analytics models and dashboards
• Ship LLM-based agents and automations for Sales, Marketing and Finance
• Productionise integrations, with tests and monitoring

What you'll need

• 2+ years of Python and SQL in production
• Strong AI Fluency
• Experience with a cloud data platform (AWS preferred)
• LLM application development (prompting, tool use, evals)
• REST API integrations
• Git-based engineering practice

Nice to have

• CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot)
• Data Platform (Databricks or Snowflake)

Details

• Remote-first role based in Ireland
• Annual gross fixed pay of EUR 56,000 - 70,000 plus variable compensation
• Eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance (non-sales roles)
