AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous AI agents and workflows, including multi-agent orchestration, autonomous task execution, and goal-driven workflows. This role is based at the Bengaluru office.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous decision-making systems using LLMs, memory modules, and tool-use frameworks.
• Develop and optimize collaborative agentic frameworks using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed agentic capabilities into enterprise applications and services.
• Monitor agent performance using metrics such as task success rate, latency, adaptability, and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including observability, compliance, and ethical guardrails.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years full time education.
• Must have skill: AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.).
• 1+ year of experience building or managing agentic workflows using frameworks like AutoGPT, LangGraph, CrewAI.
• At least 1 year of practical experience integrating agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and cloud-native patterns (Docker, REST APIs).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and context management.
