AI Native Software Engineer

Overview

Build and ship production-ready software with AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle, applying AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions while maintaining quality and compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI-driven software development with project goals and timelines.
• Continuously monitor and optimize software performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Must-have skill: proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-native software solutions within complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with software quality assurance practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms and their integration with AI-based applications.
• 15 years of full-time education.
