AI Native Software Engineer

Overview

Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle, with a focus on Java full stack development.

What you'll do

• Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for rapid coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Develop front-end and back-end components with seamless integration.
• Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs into applications, implementing RAG-based features where relevant.
• Combine AI-assisted productivity with engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Apply AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions, maintain quality and compliance, and continuously improve how software is built and operated.
• Work closely with architects and AI-native specialists to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required; the role also states a minimum of 6 years of experience in Java full stack development.
• 15 years full-time education.
• Must have skills: Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (copilots, LLM-based coding assistants).
• Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with focus on integration rather than model training.
• Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
• Backend (any one or more): Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C#), Python.
• Frontend: React / Angular / Vue.js, TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Additional: SQL/NoSQL, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines.
