AI Native Software Engineer

Overview

Design, develop and deliver software solutions in which artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process, working across the full software lifecycle from development to deployment.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to integrate AI-native practices into software development workflows to enhance product capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and promote best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI-driven features with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance software quality and operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in .NET Full Stack Development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable and maintainable applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support AI-enabled applications.
• 15 years of full-time education.
