AI Security Engineer / Architect

Overview

AI Offensive Security Engineer/Architect to lead AI-native security for o9’s GenAI and agentic AI ecosystem. Focus on securing platforms via VAPT/red teaming, automation, and threat modeling.

What you'll do

• Design and execute AI-specific VAPT engagements across LLM/RAG/agent attack scenarios.
• Run structured AI red team exercises and scenario-based tabletops with CVSS-scored, MITRE ATLAS-mapped findings.
• Build and maintain AI security automation tooling like prompt fuzzing, guardrail regression suites, and detection rule generators.
• Contribute to threat modeling for agentic systems by mapping trust boundaries and escalation paths.
• Feed red team findings into detection engineering to improve SOC coverage.

What you'll need

• 4-12+ years in application security, AI/ML security, or offensive security research.
• Hands-on offensive depth across LLM attack surfaces including jailbreaks and indirect prompt injection.
• Working knowledge of MLOps pipelines, ML engineering concepts, or cloud security.
• At least one demonstrable AI-specific assessment or published finding.
• CFP submissions, responsible disclosure, or published AI security research is a differentiator.
