AJO Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant role at VML Enterprise Solutions focused on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Martech platform implementation.

What you'll need

• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers independently, articulate clearly and speak with confidence.
• Digital marketing experience, with Martech platform implementation (Adobe/SFDC) from solution, design and implementation, specifically with AEP and AJO.
• Good expertise in at least one database: SQL, Oracle, Teradata or similar.
• Data model design skills for marketing databases, including querying, working with aggregates, filter conditions, creating joins, defining keys and setting indexes.
• Logical programming knowledge in JS, Python or PHP, and comfort with HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of complex data models (preferably XDM) and the objectives of marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logic to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviours, and advocating for improvements.
• Strong ability to partner and work effectively across the organization with line-of-business and technology colleagues.
• Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.
