AM - MEAN/MERN Stack Developer with AI - Level D1

Overview

Senior application development role building and supporting MEAN/MERN stack applications with AI-assisted tooling, working with global and US teams in a shift-based schedule.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality deliverables across all project phases, from requirements, design and build through to user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot, propose and implement viable solutions to given problems.
• Be the escalation point for production software issues.
• Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned applications and drive new application transition as identified from time to time.
• Create technical coding standards and best practices, and identify and execute automations.
• Keep internal and external stakeholders engaged, aligned on expected outcomes and informed throughout the project.
• Work with diverse teams, including QA, BA, DBAs, server admins and cloud management, for project and team needs.
• Work a flexible schedule to accommodate off-hours conference calls or work.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience in Angular/ReactJS, Node JS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, JavaScript/jQuery, TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and deployment and hosting.
• Experience with a unit testing framework (mocha, jasmine, karma etc.).
• Exposure to AI assisting tools such as GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini Code Assist, OpenAI CodeX, etc.
• Experience with tools including VS Code, MongoDB Compass and Git.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git Actions CI/CD process.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps/Jira/any other known WIM tool.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or any other ticketing tool.
• Exposure in initiating, planning, tracking, monitoring, controlling and closing projects using SDLC models such as Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban) or Iterative.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Integrity and attention to detail.
• Quick learner with great aptitude and openness to grasp new tech stack, if required.
• Self-starter, able to work independently or within a multi-faceted team.

Nice to have

• Exposure to other tools/technologies like Apigee, Python.
• Exposure to .NET Core, Web Services/APIs, Windows Services, ASP.NET, MVC, Razor/Blazor engine, RDBMS (Oracle/MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• IDE experience with Visual Studio.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Any process or technology certifications.
• An eagerness to learn and deliver new challenges.

• Location: Gurugram - DLF Building.
• Applicants should be flexible working in shifts to have required overlap with US teams.
• Office policy: all colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
