AMS – Associate, Ban

Overview

Associate role providing consultancy and support for security and compliance controls across relevant regulations and Bosch/industry standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct security compliance assessments and provide consultation on security frameworks, including ISO 27001:2022.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess security controls and document security compliance.
• Perform gap analyses for security policies, controls, and procedures.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Business Continuity Management Plans (BCMP).
• Support implementation of security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, following a policy/control roadmap.
• Prepare compliance reports and ensure security documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

What you'll need

• 3 years of work experience (as stated).
• Good knowledge of security concepts including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, encryption, backup/storage security, and application security.
• Knowledge of application management processes, governance, and policies.
• Knowledge of GDPR/DPDP Act.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Excel know-how including pivot tables, charts, and lookup functions.
• Professional oral and written communication skills, including English and German.
