Analyst, Contract & Billing

Overview

Execute global legal billing operations and support reporting and analytics across Legal and Corporate Affairs. The role focuses on invoice accuracy, billing compliance, workflow management, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Review and validate invoices in global eBilling platforms.
• Process invoice adjustments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor regional workflow queues and approval timelines.
• Coordinate with law firms, vendors, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
• Generate reports on invoice status, aging, accruals, and spend trends.
• Support legal billing systems, configuration updates, testing, and maintenance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support workflow optimization.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in legal billing, finance operations, shared services, Accounts Payable, billing operations, or invoice management.
• Experience with invoice validation, payment tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of eBilling platforms such as CounselLink, Legal Tracker, Brightflag, Serengeti, or TeamConnect.
• Experience supporting multiple countries, currencies, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, SQL, or dashboarding tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
