Analyst I Software Engineering/RR responsible for maintaining SLA performance for BHF security access requests and password resets related to mainframe systems and clients.

What you'll do

• Provide and remove access for Life BPS security requests related to mainframe systems and clients.
• Handle password resets.
• Troubleshoot mainframe system errors.
• Create weekly reports for user IDs approaching expiration.
• Provide weekly reports to clients.
• Create and oversee mainframe recertifications.
• Provide evidence for audits.
• Support the mainframe disaster recovery testing team.
• Maintain SLA for BHF security access requests and password resets.
