Analyst - Process Analytics - SCM 5B

Overview

Analyst role in Process Analytics for Supply Chain Management (SCM), monitoring aircraft engine health and performance on a 24x7 rotational shift.

What you'll do

• Monitor key engine parameters to detect impending failures and assess engine performance.
• Perform trend and data analysis backed with knowledge of aviation terms and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate the current state of engine performance and recommend course correction.
• Interpret technical publications such as the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual, Repair Manual, etc.
• Communicate and follow up with the product line team and customer.
• Prepare and publish daily customer reports.
• Drive and support continuous improvement efforts through the LEAN philosophy.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (A & C) licence.
• Experience in Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and trend interpretation.
• Language: English, proficient (C2), with demonstrated proficiency in written English and a neutral English accent.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend or night shifts.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) role.
• Effective probing skills and analysing/understanding skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Qualifications listed for consideration: Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or Master's in Data Science; certifications such as CSCP (APICS), CPP (IIPMR), CPSM (ISM), and CSCP (IIM Trichy).
• Skills listed: Agile Methodology, Collaboration Tools, Data Analytics, Data Literacy, Design Thinking, Inclusion, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Word, Personal Effectiveness, VBA Macros.
