Analyst - Process Analytics - Supply Chain - Procurement 5B

Overview

Power BI developer role within Genpact's Process Analytics team, supporting Supply Chain and Procurement, focused on building dashboards, data models and automated reporting.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize Power Query transformations, DAX measures, calculated columns, and data models.
• Connect, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful insights, KPIs, and visualizations.
• Automate reporting and business processes using Power Automate (basic level).
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and develop scalable reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Strong expertise in Power Query (M Language).
• Strong expertise in DAX (Measures, KPIs, Calculated Columns/Tables).
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling and Performance Optimization.
• Strong expertise in Data Integration and ETL concepts.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate workflows and automation.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience working with SQL and handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or Masters in Data Science.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations Analytics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience in developing procurement and supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) - IIPMR.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) - ISM.
• Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) - ISM.
