Analyst - RTR (ANZ)

Overview

Analyst role in RTR (Record to Report) and general ledger accounting, handling month-end closing, GL queries and financial reporting, based in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for general ledger accounting and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for interim audit and provide the details and schedules they require.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and balance sheet along with all schedules and other reports required by management.
• Perform monthly analysis of P&L and balance sheet items and highlight major variances and observations to management.
• Handle all GL related queries through mails and calls from the OPCO team, other departments, agencies and regions.
• Ensure SOX compliance.

What you'll need

• Commerce graduate.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in GL accounting and RTR / financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GL accounting and RTR process.

Details

• Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai.
• Shift: 3:30 am and 6:30 am.
• Cab facility available for home pick-up and drop.
• Hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week.
• Preference for Mumbai-based candidates.
