Analyst

Overview

Analyst role in the Record-to-Report (RTR) function, performing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation and control activities in line with US GAAP.

What you'll do

• Perform specific RTR activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Perform specific controls activities, including support of internal and external audit activities.
• Perform standard RTR activities around the balance sheet and reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end variance analysis.
• Follow accounting policies, procedures and control processes to ensure work is performed to the standard defined.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial results, monthly closing and compliance activities.
• Confirm procedures and controls are in alignment with US GAAP reporting requirements and corporate policies.

What you'll need

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3+ years prior relevant experience in RTR or Month End Close activities.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet corporate deadlines.

Nice to have

• CA/CMA Inter or higher.
