AML Services- RPL & NPS Associate

Overview

Hybrid AML Services role in HPE Financial Services, owning and executing accounting processes and supporting analysis, controls and compliance.

What you'll do

• Own and execute accounting processes within area of expertise.
• Perform analysis of transactional accounting information to support decision making.
• Serve as the typical first escalation point of contact for customer issues related to area of expertise.
• Support the implementation of new corporate-wide accounting processes and systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations.
• Implement and assure effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.
• Assist in training and mentoring of the department team.
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and communication of procedures to ensure compliance with accounting policies.

What you'll need

• Typically 4+ years of work experience.
• Typically 1+ years of experience in an accounting environment.
• Strong computation skills.
• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SAP).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes.
• Strong database skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good project management skills.

Nice to have

• Associates degree.
