What you'll do

• Lead and inspire a team of Banking Operations Analysts, ensuring the timely delivery of critical ticket and non-ticket work while consistently meeting service level commitments.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and fostering a culture focused on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
• Partner across teams to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and implement efficiencies that improve the overall operational experience for colleagues, partners, and customers.
• Act as a trusted resource and subject matter expert, proactively resolving operational challenges and helping the team navigate complex processing scenarios.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, strengthen controls, and support long-term business objectives.
• Contribute to high-impact projects and organizational priorities, bringing a collaborative mindset and operational expertise to help move the business forward.

What you'll need

• Proven ability to lead and coach operational teams, manage multiple priorities, analyze workflows, identify process improvements, solve problems proactively, and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• 6+ years of experience in banking operations and/or finance operations, including experience supporting multiple processing environments and back-office operational functions.
• Bachelors degree.
