SAP GRC Security - Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate on the SAP GRC Security team in PwC's Acceleration Center Bangalore, supporting clients to strengthen SAP compliance and security within the Risk Services practice.

What you'll do

• Analyze client SAP GRC requirements and translate them into practical security and compliance design
• Implement role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and authorization concepts across SAP landscapes
• Review security configurations and access requests to identify risk exposures and control gaps
• Support compliance assessments, control testing, and remediation tracking for SAP-enabled processes
• Document security designs, control procedures, and technical findings in clear client-ready materials
• Use SAP GRC tools and data analytics to evaluate access risk, policy alignment, and control effectiveness
• Coordinate issue resolution across business, compliance, and technology stakeholders within client engagements
• Guide junior team members on SAP security tasks, workpaper preparation, and technical analysis

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4-8 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
• Demonstrated SAP GRC Security implementation across client engagements
• Application of compliance, governance, and risk controls within enterprise platforms
• Analysis of security design, data integrity, and process inefficiencies
• Translating technical findings for business and technology stakeholders
• Mentoring junior team members through complex delivery workstreams
