Overview

Business Process Manager for SAP Sales and Distribution, representing the sales team across business programs and driving business-process-led IT solutions.

What you'll do

• Represent the entire sales team towards business programs such as D2C Sales, B2B Sales, Aftermarket, Manufacturing and business transformation.
• Participate in application implementation projects.
• In cooperation with the business, propose business process driven IT solutions with high operational and cost effectiveness, where applicable.
• Analyze and scope the area of analysis, working with project managers and business sponsors to clarify the level and complexity of the business analysis effort needed for IT related projects.
• Produce presentations on analysis, design, and solutions, and communicate them in a professional way.
• Maintain continuous business and internal team interaction and relationships.
• Keep up to date knowledge on external and internal process excellence.

What you'll need

• Detailed knowledge and configuration of SAP SD applications and principles (SOM, Pricing, Billing), or proven equivalent experience in other SAP modules (e.g. MM, WM, FI) and willingness to expand knowledge of SD.
• Experience working with application end users to determine and document functional requirements for application software and database.
• Good understanding of touchpoints into related SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, LE, WM, PI).
• Familiar with searching for OSS notes.
• Familiar with multiple database systems and software development processes.
• Experience in writing technical and functional documentation.
• Strong ABAP reading and debugging skills.
• Familiar with SAP Contact Center.
• Clear communicator in both verbal and written communication, at technical and business levels.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong performer, willing to work in a high pressure and delivery-oriented team.

• Based at the Electrolux office in Stockholm, Sweden; alternative location is Kraków, Poland.
