Overview
Analytics Specialist Developer is a delivery role in JLL’s Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE), building and owning complex analytics solutions that turn real estate insights into business and client value.
What you'll do
- Translate complex requirements into wireframes and practical analytics solution designs.
- Build and iterate complex analytics solutions in agile sprints using Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Python, and SQL.
- Run QA activities including code reviews and data validation to meet CoE quality standards.
- Lead visualisation review and data validation to ensure outputs match requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate client feedback.
- Publish completed solutions to the Azara production environment and create comprehensive documentation.
- Act as a technical reference point and share knowledge with Analytics Developers.
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BI, data, or analytics developer/analyst.
- Proven delivery of analytics solutions in Tableau and/or Power BI to production standard.
- Working experience with SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Working experience with Python and/or Databricks for data processing and analytics.
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into analytics solutions.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
