Application Developer

Overview

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, acting as a subject matter expert who collaborates with and leads a team.

What you'll do

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Write efficient, reusable and maintainable code within complex application environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

What you'll need

• Must have: proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
• Educational qualification: 15 years full time education.
• Strong knowledge of database design and query optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, SnapLogic and Informatica PowerCenter.
