Application Modernization Lead - Manager

Overview

Application Modernization Lead at PwC (Manager) to drive development of software solutions for digital transformation, including leading teams and client work.

What you'll do

• Lead software engineering teams to develop applications for digital transformation.
• Guide design, coding, and testing of applications using Java, Python, and C++.
• Manage application modernization projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Use API management and microservices architecture to improve integration and performance.
• Oversee QA testing and software troubleshooting to maintain application reliability.
• Implement CI/CD practices and collaborate with client support teams on technical issues.
• Mentor team members and promote enterprise application architecture and new technologies.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Preference for study fields including Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, and Computer Science-related subjects.
• Experience using Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies.
• Must have expertise in Azure App service, .NET core, AKS, microservices, Azure Function, Service Bus.
