Application Development Technical Lead Analyst - Java Fullstack

Overview

Technical Lead Analyst role focused on leading application systems analysis, programming, and oversight for regional/global applications.

What you'll do

• Lead development of regional/global applications.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Write high-quality code based on functional requirements and agile deadlines.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions.
• Contribute to concept models, design, and system architectures.
• Build, deploy, and test application components during implementation across all application layers.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and manage senior stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 13+ years of experience designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong expertise in modern Java technologies, people management, and CI/CD/monitoring tools.
• Expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on cloud platforms experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD automation experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
• Expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks.
• SQL Server expertise and messaging systems experience (Kafka, MQ) for event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) and Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred).
