Engineer

Overview

Engineer role to design, develop, and improve software for business, platform, and technology capabilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using aligned languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Apply secure coding practices and implement unit testing practices.
• Advise and influence decision-making and contribute to operational effectiveness and policy development.

What you'll need

• Experience with Java (JDK 21).
• Experience with Python and AI literacy.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience with React JS & JavaScript and React-adjacent front-end work.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database and experience in SQL.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD and GitLab.
• Experience with Kubernetes / OCP and design patterns & clean coding practices.
