Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer providing dynamic issue identification and resolution across components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical applications.
• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and functionality of business systems.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Monitor systems and support incident/performance tracking.
• Support process improvements and guide junior team members.

What you'll need

• Epic Systems proficiency is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Epic Systems is required.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience using system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate technical information effectively.
• Familiarity with software troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
