Application Support Engineer responsible for monitoring and investigating issues across critical business system components, identifying root causes, and driving problem resolution.

What you'll do

• Proactively monitor essential application components and investigate issues.
• Identify root causes and resolve problems to keep critical applications running smoothly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and optimize performance.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices for system monitoring and incident management.
• Support junior team members with knowledge sharing and troubleshooting guidance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and incident response processes.
• Experience with automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify potential points of failure.
• 15 years full time education is required.
