Applications Development Senior Analyst

Overview

Applications Development Senior Analyst responsible for analysis and programming activities for new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

What you'll do

• Conduct feasibility studies, create time and cost estimates, and support IT planning and risk technology activities.
• Monitor and control development phases from analysis and design through construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide user and operational support to business users for applications.
• Analyze complex application problems and issues, including evaluating business and system processes against standards.
• Recommend and develop security measures based on post-implementation analysis of business usage.
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups to recommend advanced programming solutions and assist with systems exposure.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of experience on Java and Cloud Technologies for distributed midrange application development.
• Frontend expertise including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React).
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related backend technologies for scalable applications.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices and APIs, integrating with third-party services.
• Proficiency in trunk-based development using Git and database design/development using SQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.
