Senior Software Engineer - Java Full Stack

Senior Software Engineer role focused on leading moderately complex initiatives and delivering software within a technical domain.

What you'll do

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables in technical domain environments.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects tied to technology upgrades and deployments.
• Review moderately complex technical challenges and resolve issues using in-depth technology evaluation.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
• Lead projects and serve as an escalation point for guidance to less experienced staff.
• Participate in end-to-end product/application lifecycle by analyzing complex business requirements and writing technical specifications.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Experience developing web-based applications with UI and server technologies (Angular/React, Spring Framework, JDBC, JavaBeans).
• Hands-on development of UI client-side components using Angular/React.
• Ability to develop Java services with test-driven, efficient, well-designed code.
• Experience developing RESTful web services and microservices in Java using Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of JUnit/TestNG and Selenium frameworks for test automation.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, object storage, and CI/CD pipelines.
