Applied AI Architect

Overview

Applied AI Architect for Anthropic India, acting as a pre-sales technical advisor to large enterprises in India and the Asia-Pacific region to help them integrate and deploy Claude.

What you'll do

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor across customers’ Claude journey from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into existing stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance for their use cases.
• Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams and executive audiences.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in India or the APAC region.
• Exceptional relationship-building and technical communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.

Details

• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Travel: occasional travel within India and the APAC region to customer sites.
