Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

AI Deployment Engineer partnering with enterprise customers to design, prototype, and deploy Generative AI applications using ChatGPT, the OpenAI API, and related services.

What you'll do

• Embed with strategic customers as the technical lead to ideate and build novel API-based applications.
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify high-value GenAI use cases and build/qualify a GenAI product backlog.
• Accelerate customer time to value by building hands-on prototypes and delivering strategic guidance.
• Forge and manage customer leadership relationships to support successful deployment and scaling.
• Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.
• Scale the Solutions Architect function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing notebooks.
• Validate, synthesize, and deliver feedback to Product and Research teams.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate business and technical topics to all audiences.
• Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Programming experience in Python or JavaScript.
• Ownership of problems end-to-end, including willingness to learn missing knowledge.

• Role location: Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
