Overview

Senior Associate – AI/ML Engineer (Data & Analytics, Advisory) to design and build AI/ML initiatives and data solutions, working with LLMs and ML systems.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions.
• Shape and lead AI/ML initiatives within the organization.
• Build LLM infrastructure and deployment using serving platforms and quantization.
• Implement MLOps practices for containerized ML workloads, model serving, and automated retraining.
• Work on LLM projects such as chatbots, recommendation systems, and translation services.
• Design microservices-based architecture and related components.

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of total & relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with big data processing using Spark.
• Version control and experiment tracking using Git and MLflow.
• Knowledge of MLOps for model deployment and monitoring.
• Deep understanding of ML and LLM development lifecycle including fine-tuning and evaluation.
