Overview
Associate AI/ML Engineer supporting the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for supply chain use cases.
What you'll do
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions for supply chain business challenges.
- Contribute to end-to-end ML pipelines for forecasting, optimization, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation.
- Support building and deploying AI Agents and multi-agent systems using specified frameworks.
- Develop data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering pipelines for enterprise structured and unstructured data.
- Help deploy and maintain AI/ML applications on AWS and Microsoft Azure and support MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
- Evaluate and monitor ML models and LLMs using performance metrics and support model optimization.
What you'll need
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (or master’s) in a relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in ML/AI/Data Science/AI Engineering, or 2 to 3 years with relevant experience if holding a master’s.
- Hands-on 3+ years of experience with Python and foundational knowledge of ML/AI development and support.
- Exposure to Generative AI and agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as Lang Graph/Lang Chain/Auto Gen/Crew AI.
- Foundational understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation techniques.
- Basic understanding of system design patterns, microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with AI observability/evaluation tools such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, MLflow, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
