Overview
Senior Manager leading Azure-focused data engineering and cloud transformation for client solutions, including architectural strategy and end-to-end delivery.
What you'll do
- Architect and deliver large-scale data transformation programs in cloud using Azure and Databricks.
- Develop data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions for efficient processing and analysis.
- Lead end-to-end design and architectural strategy for TMT services solutions.
- Build abstractions and integration patterns (APIs) for complex distributed computing problems.
- Engage business stakeholders to understand client requirements and define delivery plans.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, presenting technical and business executive updates.
- Execute abstractions/integration to secure successful project outcomes and manage risks.
What you'll need
- 12–16 years of experience.
- Proficiency with Azure cloud computing and big data technologies.
- Deep knowledge of data architecture and processing, including relational databases and data warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with Azure ADLS, Databricks, Data Flows, HDInsight, and Azure Analytics services.
- Experience building stream-processing systems (e.g., Storm or Spark-Streaming).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Data Platform/Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL DB, Synapse, Data Factory, CosmosDB).
- Experience with DevOps tools and source code management (e.g., Git, CI/CD; Jenkins or GitLab).
