Architect - Enterprise Application Oracle S 4D

Overview

Architect role responsible for designing, developing, governing, and improving Workday integrations and Core HCM solutions. The role partners with stakeholders and leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and effective enterprise application solutions.

What you'll do

• Analyze and resolve integration production issues.
• Perform impact analysis for business process changes and acquisitions.
• Monitor scheduled integration failures, errors, and warnings.
• Implement continuous improvements to existing integrations.
• Provide technical expertise integrating Workday with enterprise systems.
• Lead Workday Core HCM architecture and design.
• Guide teams and oversee Workday implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in English at C2 level.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and automated testing.
• Experience with Oracle Database, Oracle APEX, Oracle SCM, and Oracle Apps Financials.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Administration, Siebel CRM Systems, and OTBI.
• Knowledge of change management, risk management, collaboration tools, and design thinking.
