Area Manager

Overview

Area Manager responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting strategic infrastructure projects, managing end-to-end execution, and expanding business through solution selling and margin-focused delivery.

What you'll do

• Drive identification, qualification, and conversion of strategic infrastructure projects across target markets.
• Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline from project announcement to completion.
• Lead specification management with project owners, consultants, PMCs, and EPC contractors.
• Manage mega projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project packages.
• Handle bid and tender management from pre-bid engagement through project award.
• Maximize utilization of the product portfolio across all project execution phases.
• Monitor project progress, profitability, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need

• 15–18 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
• Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at national/regional level.
• Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Experience in driving specification and project management (preferred).
• MBA in Marketing / Business Management (added advantage).
