Artificial Intelligence Specialist

The Company is a luxury destination wedding planning company operating across Rajasthan, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Egypt, and other international markets. We're looking for an AI Specialist who will build, run, and continuously improve the automation and AI systems that power our lead pipeline, client outreach, and internal operations — acting as the founder's dedicated agent-builder and automation partner.

What You'll Own

• Lead Pipeline Automation: Manage and continuously improve our Make.com + Wati WhatsApp + Gmail + Google Sheets pipeline that processes Instagram/Facebook leads into tiered, ready-to-contact records.
• Build AI Agents for the Founder: Design and ship custom AI agents that take over recurring founder work — drafting outreach emails, summarizing leads, prepping pitch material, monitoring inboxes, generating reports — so the founder's time goes to closing, not admin.
• Outreach Systems: Maintain WhatsApp/email templates and sequences for Tier 1 (₹3CR+) and ultra-priority (₹10CR+) leads, ensuring tone, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Keep the lead database (Google Sheets / CRM) clean, tagged, and trustworthy as the single source of truth.
• Tool Scouting: Continuously evaluate new AI tools (visualization, voice, agents, LLM APIs) and recommend what's worth adopting into TED's workflow.
• Reporting & Visibility: Weekly dashboard/summary — leads processed, response and conversion rates, automation uptime, and issues flagged early.
• Documentation: Every agent and workflow is documented well enough that it survives without you in the room.

Who You Are

• Strong working knowledge of no-code/low-code automation (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar).
• Comfortable building with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic) and prompt design — you don't need to be a software engineer, but you understand how these pieces connect.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business APIs (Wati or similar), Gmail API/automation, and Google Sheets as a lightweight CRM.
• Sharp attention to detail — this role touches ₹3CR+ client conversations, so accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Self-directed: comfortable owning a system end-to-end once it's handed to you, without needing daily hand-holding.
• Bonus: exposure to the luxury, hospitality, or wedding/events industry.
