Overview
Assistant Manager for Platform Safety in Singapore, supporting programs that improve safety across mobility and delivery services.
What you'll do
- Combine safety incident data, operational signals, and user feedback to identify risks and recommend priorities.
- Review safety processes, case classification, and reporting to strengthen standards and risk controls.
- Manage assigned safety programmes from planning through implementation.
- Define outcomes and manage timelines, budgets, vendors, dependencies, and risks while adjusting based on evidence.
- Develop safety communications, educational materials, workshops, and training for consumers and partners.
- Act as a public liaison for government agencies and related organisations.
- Coordinate official requests with Legal, Privacy, and internal teams and support incident/crisis responses.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, risk management, public policy, business, communications, or related fields.
- At least five years of relevant experience in platform operations, safety, risk management, programme management, public policy, or related areas.
- Experience independently managing complex workstreams.
- Experience managing projects from planning through implementation, including dependencies, trade-offs, budgets, vendors, and partner coordination.
- Experience in strategic insights or data analytics, including synthesising multiple sources and translating findings into recommendations.
- Experience developing processes, standards, or assurance checks and turning lessons into repeatable improvements.

- Reports to the Head of Platform Safety, Singapore.
- Works with operations, product, support teams, driver-partners, delivery-partners, government agencies, and community organisations.
