About the role
We're looking for a driven Sales professional to join our real estate team in Gurugram as an Assistant Manager Sales or Management Trainee. You'll combine structured training in market dynamics and customer psychology with hands-on selling, building a foundation for a successful career in real estate while driving tangible results from day one.
What you'll do
- Undergo comprehensive training on real estate market trends, customer psychology, product offerings, and sales best practices under mentorship from experienced professionals
- Execute offline marketing activities and lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify high-potential prospects
- Actively manage and report on the sales pipeline with accuracy, tracking opportunities from initial contact through closure
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market reach, operational efficiency, and conversion rates
- Lead sales initiatives targeting middle-income customer segments, understanding their needs and positioning properties accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support sustainable growth
What we're looking for
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (fresher candidates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer segments
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in reporting
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to real estate or property sales
- Experience with CRM tools or sales pipeline management software
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a previous role
