About the role
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Regional Manager to drive sales growth and operational excellence across our Vijayawada logistics hub. You'll lead channel partnerships, manage regional P&L, and oversee end-to-end operations with full accountability for your territory's performance.
What you'll do
- Lead and expand channel sales networks across the Vijayawada region, building and maintaining relationships with key logistics partners and customers
- Own P&L responsibility for the region, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability metrics
- Oversee regional operations management, including fleet, warehousing, staffing, and service quality standards
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets and market penetration
- Build and mentor a high-performing regional team, setting performance benchmarks and driving accountability
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of progressive experience in channel sales and regional management roles
- 5–6+ years of hands-on P&L management in a logistics, transportation, or operations environment
- Proven track record managing multi-location operations and cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the logistics, courier, or 3PL sector
- Familiarity with logistics software and performance management tools
- Track record of successful channel partner recruitment and development
