Overview
Assistant Vice President, Business Solution Architect – Agentic AI, supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of agentic AI solutions for clients.
What you'll do
- Evaluate client use cases to identify opportunities for agentic AI (e.g., workflow automation and decision agents).
- Contribute to multi-agent architecture design and decision-flow logic for autonomous operations.
- Assist engineering teams with integrating solutions into client systems such as ERP, CRM, and Helpdesk platforms.
- Support proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance using KPIs like accuracy and latency.
- Support compliance with security and ethical AI guidelines.
- Assist in creating client-facing technical documentation and training materials.
What you'll need
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management, or a Bachelor’s in Psychology.
- Hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- Have certifications listed for Human Resources.
- Be proficient in English (C2).
- Have skills including data analytics, client relations, and project management.
- Have familiarity with HR operations and talent acquisition/talent development.
- Have experience with HR reporting and employee lifecycle management.
