Assistant Vice President and Team Head for Treasury Operations within Gen Ops-GFM, Technology and Operations.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day treasury and markets operations in the Indian market including processing, settlement, and timely reporting.
• Ensure timely settlement and confirmation and support funds management.
• Drive STP, efficiency, and productivity of the unit.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of accounts, identify breaks, and resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal treasury operations policies.
• Collaborate with risk management to identify and mitigate risks via self-assessment.
• Guide the team on treasury products and maintain stakeholder rapport across front office, audits, regulators, and other units.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of relevant experience in treasury operations.
• Hands-on experience with fixed income and bonds, plus other treasury products.
• Understanding of key RBI regulations and their impact on operations.
• Graduation in any discipline with exposure to treasury management and compliance.
• Ability to interpret data and handle dashboards.
• Technical understanding of various treasury systems.
• Capability to handle a team.
